Most pieces are handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment, depending on availability and order volume.You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Responsibility
Hoop Love Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. If an issue arises, we will assist you in filing a claim.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

✧ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders are considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.
