Custom Orders:
Ordering Custom Products: At Hoop Love Creations, we offer a selection of customizable products to meet your unique preferences. When placing an order for custom products, please carefully review the product details and provide accurate information during the ordering process.
Customization Requests: We strive to accommodate your customization requests to the best of our ability. However, some limitations may apply, and we reserve the right to reject orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
Order Confirmation: After placing a custom order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about your order. Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us of any errors or discrepancies immediately. Payment for custom orders must be made at the time the order is placed.
Shipping:
Online orders generally ship within the week. Most items are in stock and ready to ship. For jewelry, each piece is made by hand and sometimes custom-made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for production time on some styles. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us to make arrangements.
I offer shipping to addresses within United State of America, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. . Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout to prevent delays or misdelivery.
Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and the selected shipping method. You will have the opportunity to review and approve shipping costs before finalizing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
While I take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges:
Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will either issue a replacement or offer a store credit, at my discretion
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of this business, orders must be canceled or amended within 24 hours of the order placement. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to arrange.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.
